Philippus Beroaldus's corrections on leaves ee3 recto - ee4 recto are extracted from his letter to Nicolaus Ravacaldus (fl. 1465-1477), canon of the cathedral of Parma, printed by Stephanus Corallus in Parma in 1476 (ISTC ip00790000), the personal matter at the beginning and end of the letter being omitted: see Bod-inc P366.
Tables of contents in two columns on leaves a4 recto-b6 verso.
